Main Job Duties:

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipment’s
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
In charge of office domain & active directory.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems
Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users,
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, et
Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and resolution.
Responsible for machine backup.
Responsible for All IT technical Issues

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or in Systems and Information Technology.
Very good knowledge of Apple products and operating systems.
Excellent knowledge of operating systems and MS Office.

Amazon Web Service (AWS) cloud infrastructure configuration and security policy.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
