Job Description
- Consult, Create and implement with Management and other leadership to identify OD programs to support organization goals.
- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks and performance target.
- Support with talent assessment, providing coaching session and analysis.
- Lead employee’s engagement activities.
- Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organization goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree “ pharmacy, medicine "
- From 1:3 years of experience.
- V. good Excel.
- V. good English.
- Passionate in HR “preferred HR certificate Holders”.
- Willing to learn and develop.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
