Job Description
Property Consultants are needed for More homes for Real Estate investment (Brokerage Company)-Company Location: Mohandeseen
- Handle our clients from the first step ( calls ) to the last step (contract)
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Presenting all projects in a structured professional way.
- Understand the customer requirements.
- Follow up with our customers
- Well present the company and maintain the best image in client’s eyes.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Maintaining an up-to-date database about the available properties.
- Advertising the needed properties through the different channels.
Job Requirements
- Excellent client service skills, communication skills and punctuality.
- Experience in Brokerage
- Experience in real estate field is a must.
- Microsoft office.
- Presentable, confident, flexible and a good team player.
- Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Pro-active learner.
- Ability to achieve sales target
- Very good in telesales and can attract the client to take the next step.
