Job Description
- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents.
- Manage the day to day operations of the office.
- Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls.
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
- Prepare the archiving and filing system
- Responsible for collecting pipeline from all team.
- Responsible for arranging project review meetings.

Job Requirements
- Microsoft Office excellent is Must
- Very well organized
- Must have background in accounting
- 2-3 years of experience.
