Job Description
Looking for a Project Manager who is not only smart but also dedicated and motivated as Software Development Manager will collaboratively leads a team of software engineers to develop, deploy, and support software.
This role manages subordinates’ performance and output either directly or through one or more team/project leads

- Follow up and juggle multiple individual tasks and team projects within the constraints of deadlines
- Ensure consistent bookkeeping and documentation of work
- Meet team delivery deadlines
- Manage delivery priorities and scope
- Manage team hiring and attrition
- Represent development communication with QA and Product departments
- Maintain visibility on the team's performance while conducting their everyday tasks
- Identify problematic patterns in the team and guide them to fix them
- Mentor leads to help their team multiply their output
- Implementing new processes or use tools to improve efficiency and quality throughout software development and product release life cycle
- Produce high accuracy output work with keen attention to details
- Gives frequent positive and constructive feedback to drive for improvement
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills is a MUST
- Maintain the development team’s performance and velocity
- Maintain a delivery cadence
- Communicate delivery dates and timelines
- SLAs, delivery timeline tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build rapport and form alliances
- Able to approach problem logically, research options, avoid biases and focus on meaningful data to draw the right conclusions
- Experience in managing a team's performance and KPIs
- Able to understand and follow up on the technical tasks of people on the team
- Good understanding of web-based software and its development, architecture, and compatibility requirements
- Able to identify weak areas on the team and create new job roles that fill those weaknesses
- Have the skills required to identify and acquire good talents for technical roles
- Have the skills required to identify low performers, build improvement plans, and fire when necessary
- Strong understanding of the software development process
- Experience in development in different environments (big, small, corporate, strict, loose...etc.) with diverse processes
- Communicate effectively and timely as needed through different media
- Broad experience in the common good and bad patterns and new strategies that may be used to get into new software territories
