- Develop operational plan & lead the execution of the initiatives.

| - Facilitates internal and external communication, by MANAGING COMMUNICATION WITH EXTERNAL AGENCIES/SUPPLIERS & SALES TEAM , to make sure all parties comprehend the project situation accurately & ensure accurate and timely implementation of initiatives.

| - Follows up on the market & generate insights, by CONDUCTING & REPORTING MARKET VISITS, including visiting small stores, supermarkets & wholesalers, to assure the accurate execution of plans.

| - Assures proper execution of the marketing/trade marketing activities, by BRIEFING SALES TEAM on the needed actions to assure effective communication between marketing and sales.

| - FOLLOWS UP ON AGENCIES/SUPLIERS, by contrasting their performance against predetermined standards to ensure superior deliverables.
