Participate in the development and formulation of management objectives based on the selling objectives and the arrangement of the new General Budgets for the operational service and discussed with the parties parties and the President before their implementation
Develop the operating procedures of the operational service and make purchase orders to the Purchasing Department.
Prepare the list of raw materials and requirements to ensure the required production of the product on the orders of sales
Setting daily production schedules according to the approved plan and prioritizing orders
Follow up the implementation of productive tasks to monitor any deviation, whether positive or negative, and analyze the causes and take a media about the flow of raw materials to avoid the impact of work.
Follow up the flow of raw materials in accordance with the plans of the required quality and on time in coordination with the Department of Procurement
Prepare the supply schedule and quantities according to the cash flows in coordination with the financial management.
The use of alternatives in the case of problems with the supply of the group of companies in coordination with the production department.
Follow up the goods under inspection and rejected balances and consumption in coordination with stores.
Analyze the consumption of items and monitor deviations and take the right action.
