Job Description
- Strategic planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Internal process control, Continuous Improvement and Safety Dept.
- Develop and maintain the company QC/QA policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation on the plant
- prepare the company manuals and supervision of all amendments and revisions
- Control and the distribution of all the company quality health and safety documentation system.
- Conduct internal audits on behalf of the management, Report non conformance and corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare, conduct management review meetings, follow Recommendations and implement improvements when required.
- Immediate reporting of any unsafe conditions or unsafe act happens in the work place.
- Act as an Incident Controller, make the investigation of accident and incidents and prepare required reports.
- Assessing monthly performance reports as per company norms.
- Preparing APO (Annual Performance Objectives) with subordinates to reach the KPIs For all staff
- Make, review inspection reports for lifting equipment.
- Make sure of complying with legal laws of environment and prepare necessary documents, registers and EIA.
- Preparing the risk assessment and improving programs and objectives to reduce these hazards by setting action plan for each.
- Preparing the Environmental aspects and its impacts then improves programs to reduce these impacts and controlling wastes recycle helping in natural resources conservation.
- Managing liaising with all governmental directorates.
- Work on cost reduction in QC/QA Department by changing all QA/QC tasks to cost and reduce these costs
- Monitor and giving final decision for accident investigation and the corrective & preventive actions approvals.
- Managing & Preparing QA department any acquire IMS ISO9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2007
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Background.
- Minimum 10 Years’ experience
- ISO 9001/2000 Lead Auditor.
- Total Quality Management and Quality Management Systems Diploma.
- Certified Six sigma is a plus.
- Familiar with OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001.
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Very good command of French language is a plus
- V. Good command of using MS office programs (specially excel – access )
