Job Description
- Maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system on a daily basis.
- Performs inventory researches and reports discrepancies
- Provides general administrative support by generating special or regular reports to help product managers to optimizing their sales activates and sock levels.
- Prepare a weekly branches stock replenishment plan and coordinate its execution.
- Receive, study and approve Air freight & DHL purchase requisitions (PR)
- Receive and study purchase requisitions (PR) (Sea/GME) from product manager and authorized sales personal.
- Submit final purchase requisition to inventory manager for review and approval.
- Submit a weekly GME replenishment plan to the product manager then inventory manager for approval
- Follow up local & DHL purchased to try to minimize them.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Tertiary level and related supply chain qualifications/training
Minimum Experience:
- 2 years working experience, preferably in automotive industry or supply chain organization
Job specific Skills:
- Strong speaking, writing, analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and make crucial decisions.
- Adapted with computer software, especially databases and spreadsheets.
- Fair understanding of automotive parts application/usage
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
