Job Description

  • Achieving assigned sales target ( Monthly - Annually ).
  • Establishing & maintaining a strong relationship with potential customers.
  • Closing deals, sign sales & maintaining contracts with direct customers.
  • Reporting & forecasting sales activities.
  • Maintaining customers data and records updates
  • Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Coordinate with the company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales

Job Requirements

  • Age From 23 to 29
  • He should have Real Estate Sales Experience of at least 1 to 3 years.
  • Good understanding of the Real Estate market.
  • Must have worked in the real estate company
  • A friendly personality, capable of building strong relationships easily.
  • Good attention to details.
  • He must be very well presented.
  • Good IT skills Microsoft Office/excel / and any other software.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and pleasing outgoing personality.
  • Good Sales awareness with a proven track record of meeting targets in real estate industry.
