About the Job
Main Job Duties:
Perform review meetings with sales department for opportunity assessment.
Good communication, negotiation & problem solving skills.
Communicate with sub-contractors & vendors for opportunity handling.
Keep good relations with all Vendors & sub-contractors.
Communicate with the customer for clarifications and education.
Negotiate with all team members (Sales, Engineering, Project management & implementation) their deliverables and expected period for it, during the bidding phase.
Handover the awarded project to project management and implementation teams.
Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.
Assessing opportunities through attending customers’ meetings to gather all information & requirements then analyze the information to confirm the availability of business opportunity.
Support in achieving Company’s sales target through contribution in various sales and technical activities.
Determine budget availability through gathering customer’s requirements, provide technical solution with budget to the sales team then validate the solution and the budget with the customer.
Decide with sales team the opportunity’s strategy and the brands/vendors to use with this customer.
Provide the sales team with the required deliverables (Technical offer, financial offer, budget offer, educational presentation…etc.) then attend customer meeting with the sales team to close the deal or set the expected closing date.
