Job Description
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Maintain and update sales and clients records
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
- Generate reports
- Manage and coordinate sales team to achieve required sales targets.
- Reports to sales manager in day-to-day operations and tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is A must.
- 1-3 years experience
- Experience in real estate company is a plus
- Applicant must have a car
- Fluent English (oral & written) is a must
- Presentable
- Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
