Job Description

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and clients records
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
  • Generate reports
  • Manage and coordinate sales team to achieve required sales targets.
  • Reports to sales manager in day-to-day operations and tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is A must.
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Experience in real estate company is a plus
  • Applicant must have a car
  • Fluent English (oral & written) is a must
  • Presentable
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
