Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Control the technical staff attendance status on a daily base.
  • Contact Customers to confirm the visit date and time.
  • Contact technical staff to review if there any daily plan update.
  • Preparing the next day daily plan by coordination with all parts in CS department.
  • Make a continuous follow up with the technical staff over the day to make sure that every thing is going well.
  • Recording the follow up in a specific sheet, that will be used later in KPI calculation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in relevant CRM applications and call center systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexibility to work in different working hours,
  • Stress tolerance.
  • 1+ all in call centers - specially machinery or industrial sectors.
  • Customer Focus,
