Job Description
- Design and deliver wire-frames, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Code pages in HTML, CSS, JS that match design and cross-browser compatible.
- Ensure designs are cross-browser compatible.
- Produce and implement ideas which enhance websites’ usability (UI)
- Provide creative direction within brand standards to designers and managers.
- Design and implement new interactive experiences on sites
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Be passionate about research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Identify design problems and innovate elegant solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 6+ years of experience with proven track records in UX, UI, user research, visual design, branding, style guides and pattern libraries; UX research and design role working on projects involving variant data and workflows.
- Expertise in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer.
- Have previous experience with building ERP applications.
- Experience in designing web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design, iOS and Android design systems.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap framework.
- Extensive experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator and Figma.
- Strong knowledge of user interface design and usability.
- Strong knowledge of color, layout, design principles, and typography.
- Hands-on experience creating wire-frames, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
