Job Description
Overall Job Purpose:
Operations is the core and heart of our business and for that reason, we are looking for an experienced candidate who can face a fierce competition, and run a very dynamic operations with a passion for success and growth.
Key Duties Include:
- Oversees the daily workings of operations to ensure our operations run smoothly and maintains a high-quality standard of Service
- Making sure the drivers are working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
- Work closely with commanders and agents to improve their rating and retain the low- rated
- Data analysis about customer rating, defining main bottleneck & work on solving it
- Following–up on payments & collections based on the internal payment contracted Term.
- Understand client needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devise and establish a company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Make a loyalty program for drivers to maintain their presence and not moving to competitors.
- Monitored Service Standards & Confirm healthy regulations are followed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance or any other related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, transportation, car rentals or limousine industries or from a similar business.
- Great analytical thinker with a passion for data analysis and process improvement
- Passion for safety and a drive for high performance and results.
- Highly structured and action driven
- IT skills, Excellent in MS office.
