About the Job
Main Job Duties:
Develops human resources policies and procedures related to training, staff motivation and retention, and recruitment processes, and other related Human Resources issues.
Develop recruitment, learning& development strategy across the group of countries.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Working as business coach for top management in which related to performance management, such as re-structuring the organization's department, conducting job analysis in order to determine both the job description& job specification.
Set, implement, and follow all company’s HR policies and procedures.
