Job Description
A Female Foreign Purchasing Coordinator, With Min 3 Yrs Exp. In Similar Field, Is Required For A Large Imp – Exp Co.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handles all foreign purchasing transactions from the placement of P.O. till the goods are received in the warehouse.
- Follows up all daily correspondence with foreign suppliers.
- Handles all the foreign suppliers' accounts.
- Communicates with banks to follow up the suppliers’ payments.
- Follows up the documentation of each shipment and ensure their correctness.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Should have at least 3-5 years experience in similar field.
- Perfect command of both written and spoken English.
- Very good accounting background.
- Basic computer skills like "MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, & email" & ability to learn the company internal system.
- Be able to act independently.
- Very Hard worker and able to deliver quality work for long hours.
- Highly responsible, proactive, precise, and well organized.
