- A UAE based Events and Exhibition Company is looking for tele-sales who can work in their satellite office in Egypt.
- Telesales representatives are sales people who reach potential or existing clients through phone calls and email to generate more sales. Excellent communication and phone skills, persuasiveness, patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills are needed for telesales position.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Must have excellent English and Arabic communication skills in writing and oral
- Must have a bachelor degree
- At least 1 year experience in telesales and telemarketing or any related fields
- Generating sales through cold calling and email
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them or sending emails
- Answers questions about our services
- Enter and update client information in the database
- Have very good communication attitude
- Have good organization skills
- Must be a good researcher
- Must be patient, Cool-tempered, able to handle rejection and persistent
- A great team player
- Must be flexible and knows how to manage time and schedule.
- Have good knowledge in using computer and other relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft offices) and telephone systems
- Any other skill is an added value
