Job Description

  • CEO assistant needed.
  • Maintains executive's calendar along with planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and videoconferences.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes/actions during meetings as needed
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information requiring in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Organize internal, and some external,
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials

Other Responsibilities involve:

  • Assist others in the department on an ad hoc basis
  • Ensure work is compliant with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with preparation and processing of requisitions/POs
  • On-boarding new staff members that will report to his/her line manager
  • Ensure the Places team is current on all core business applications and monitor required learning training course

Job Requirements

  • Male or Female
  • Experience working in Corporate Real Estate field
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer applications and Microsoft Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as advanced Outlook calendar management skills are essential
