Job Description
- Create strong relations with customers
- Develop Technical Proposals and write ups
- Assist in Conducting Demonstrations
- Engaging clients, delivering presentations and demos, answering technical questions and responding to RFIs (Requests For Information) and RFPs (Requests For Proposal).
- Taking feedback from clients back to the company as part of the Sales Management process.
- Understand and translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements before Selling
- Create Business Requirements Doc (BRD) and Systems Requirements Spec. (SRS) to capture business/project needs in details.
- Participate in Solution analysis, definition, and acceptance in application development life-cycle (including technology possibilities and limitations)
- Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs into functional and non functional requirement
