Job Description
- Record new hires, transfers, terminations.
- Track vacations (sick, annual, casual,.. etc)
- Coordinate monthly invoices, all communication with the medical insurance supplier.
- Handling the attendance program & daily attendance reports
- Responsible for the recruiting cycle through recruitment channels (linkedin AMCHAM, AUC) help in the annual recruitment plan.
- Send announcements for newcomers, offer letters & Employees contracts
- Responsible for payroll online system
- Prepare appraisals & employees assessment forms
- Prepare Employees mobiles & laptops allowances sheet according to categories.
- Maintain & develop HR Policies
- Explain Human Resources Laws, procedures and standards to new and existing employees
Job Requirements
- English Fluency
- 5 Years ' experience in HR
- Solid understanding of labor legislation, social insurance and payroll process
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good Communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
