About the Job
  • Mastering customer insights, understanding customer wardrobe needs according to a segment.
  • Preparing a global product range for the response categories that are suitable for all trading markets.
  • Collaborating with peers to ensure customer outfit needs are met.
  • Cascading understanding of customer behaviour and expectations to the direct reports.
  • Checking for understanding, sales analysis based on weekly trading.
  • Provide insights specific to target stores to allocation team on product replenishment & transfers.
  • Daily, multiple weekly contacts with store managers and area managers to gather customer intelligence, product and competitor knowledge with the aim to provide feedback and recommend new actions to impact commercial performance.
  • Identify specific product needs by store.
  • Increase team competency of the global consumer.
  • Coordinates product sign off in HQ.
  • Working closely with Allocation and International Planning.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or relative fields
  • Minimum 7-8 years of fashion retail experience in the related region (MENA-Far East)
  • Following global & local fashion trends closely
  • Improved planning and organization skills
  • Improved analytical thinking, being practical and solution-oriented
  • Having an excellent command of English,
  • Completed military service for male applicants.
  • Willing to work in Turkey HQ
  • No obstacle for travels
