Job Description

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment process of employees
  • Conducting Orientation training programs for new hires
  • Handling all HR operations activities (Employees files, social insurance, Attendance)
  • Updating all employees database
  • Assist in handling HR administration activities
  • Conducting Job Analysis & creating and updating employees Job descriptions
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Assist in preparing company training plan

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration
  • HR diploma is a must
  • Personnel & Administration background is a MUST
  • Eager to learn and develop him/her self in the human resources field
  • Excellent communication skills
