Job Description
- Responsible for the whole recruitment process of employees
- Conducting Orientation training programs for new hires
- Handling all HR operations activities (Employees files, social insurance, Attendance)
- Updating all employees database
- Assist in handling HR administration activities
- Conducting Job Analysis & creating and updating employees Job descriptions
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Assist in preparing company training plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration
- HR diploma is a must
- Personnel & Administration background is a MUST
- Eager to learn and develop him/her self in the human resources field
- Excellent communication skills
