Job Description
- Greet guests & members.
- Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed membership financial goals.
- Perform Membership sale closing procedures including application & contract.
- Handle membership payments, and complaints.
- Perform facility tour procedures for prospects and completes prospect interest/needs assessment.
- Provide management with daily reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Customer Service and sales Experience Preferred.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction.
- Be able to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work under pressure, and multi task.
- Presentable, fit and good looking.
- Age between 22 to 29.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
