Job Description

  • Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such 2016 and 2015.
  • Administer & Manage MS Dynamics 365
  • Acting as lead by managing and training junior resources.
  • Business and process analysis
  • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
  • Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation

Knowledge And Expertise:

  • Over 7 years of Dynamics CRM Technical Consultancy & Development experience
  • 5+ years of technical architect experience working with recent versions of Dynamics CRM Online and related technologies including but not limited to C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, KingswaySoft
  • 5+ years of experience including expertise in Dynamics CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation
  • Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • Experience with configurations of CRM including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows
  • Performed functional review of data and business processes
  • Experience mapping requirements from out of the box CRM functionality to identifying specific needs for customization
  • Ability to lead and provide best practices and standards guidance to development team(s) relating to integration, data conversion, and project methodology
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform
  • Experience with one or more of the following: SharePoint, Office 365, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, or BizTalk
  • Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations and client handling
