Job Description
- Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such 2016 and 2015.
- Administer & Manage MS Dynamics 365
- Acting as lead by managing and training junior resources.
- Business and process analysis
- Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
- Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
- Quality Assurance & Documentation

Knowledge And Expertise:
- Over 7 years of Dynamics CRM Technical Consultancy & Development experience
- 5+ years of technical architect experience working with recent versions of Dynamics CRM Online and related technologies including but not limited to C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, KingswaySoft
- 5+ years of experience including expertise in Dynamics CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation
- Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Experience with configurations of CRM including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows
- Performed functional review of data and business processes
- Experience mapping requirements from out of the box CRM functionality to identifying specific needs for customization
- Ability to lead and provide best practices and standards guidance to development team(s) relating to integration, data conversion, and project methodology
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform
- Experience with one or more of the following: SharePoint, Office 365, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, or BizTalk
- Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations and client handling
