Handling the functions of recruitment, Training, and OD ..
- Setting departmental objectives, Function's KPI and an active performance management system.
- Conduct the JA & JD for all Jobs.
- Optimize the workload analysis and slandered operation Headcount.
- Handling the recruitment plan, Budget and Activate new recruitment channels and follow up the recruitment and hiring, contracting process.
- Ensure the orientation and on-boarding steps for the new comers.
- Set the Performance Management System (MBO – Competency Based and KPI's).
- Monitor the TNA methods, Plan and implementation and ensure the budget , effectiveness
- Handling the succession planning program, talent management and accelerate program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree .
- HR Certificate- Diploma
- Yrs of Exp. 3-5
- Misr Elgedida - Nasr city residents
