Handling the functions of recruitment, Training, and OD ..

• Setting departmental objectives, Function's KPI and an active performance management system.
• Conduct the JA & JD for all Jobs.
• Optimize the workload analysis and slandered operation Headcount.
• Handling the recruitment plan, Budget and Activate new recruitment channels and follow up the recruitment and hiring, contracting process.
• Ensure the orientation and on-boarding steps for the new comers.
• Set the Performance Management System (MBO – Competency Based and KPI's).
• Monitor the TNA methods, Plan and implementation and ensure the budget , effectiveness
• Handling the succession planning program, talent management and accelerate program.
