Job Description

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Achieve a high level of penetration at assigned customer base.
  • Effectively utilize available tools such as strategic entertainment and management interface to build customer relationships in line with account plans.
  • Develop strong multi-functional account teams to effectively interface with customers.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to represent co. to customers.
  • Effectively negotiate supply/sales contracts.
  • Manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals and management guide lines.
  • Deliver a high level of service to customers - effectively resolve any quality or service issues that arise.
  • Preparing and conducting customer visits, calls, presentations, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers & Business development to create customized sales plans for key clients.
  • Suggest company services that maximize client satisfaction.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • 2-3 years’ sales work experience in a logistics field is a MUST
  • Attention to detail: Applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
  • Customer Focus: Understanding the needs of the customer when taking actions or making decisions.
