Job Description
- Responsible for the generation of customers’ offers & quotations.
- Act as focal point for the company’s CRM system to ensure seamless operation of the system.
- Responsible for the preparation of tenders’ bidding folders for the company’s agents and distributors.
- Coordinate with ‘different departments’ regarding technical specifications, logistics, production, marketing required in quotations & tenders.
- Plan & execute vendor registration of the company with various entities & sectors.
- Responsible for the generation of official letters related to sales activities and per projects requirements.
- Manage archiving of sales offers and orders and make appropriate filing based on products/clients.
- Following the progress of the busies plan of the company.
- Organizing marketing newsletter, conferences, invitations related to the international exhibitions.
- Can travel for international exhibitions.
- Coordinate with ‘Regional Manager’ the monthly follow-up of the agents’ business plan.
Job Requirements
- 1 – 2 year(s) experience.
- Ability to work under pressure with a teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in multi-task environment with excellent individual results.
- In any field
- Ability to learn new things.
- Fluent English language in writing and reading is a must.
- Portuguese and French language are advantage.
- Full knowledge of using Windows Microsoft application (word, excel, PowerPoint) and outlook emails.
