Job Description

  • Responsible for the generation of customers’ offers & quotations.
  • Act as focal point for the company’s CRM system to ensure seamless operation of the system.
  • Responsible for the preparation of tenders’ bidding folders for the company’s agents and distributors.
  • Coordinate with ‘different departments’ regarding technical specifications, logistics, production, marketing required in quotations & tenders.
  • Plan & execute vendor registration of the company with various entities & sectors.
  • Responsible for the generation of official letters related to sales activities and per projects requirements.
  • Manage archiving of sales offers and orders and make appropriate filing based on products/clients.
  • Following the progress of the busies plan of the company.
  • Organizing marketing newsletter, conferences, invitations related to the international exhibitions.
  • Can travel for international exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with ‘Regional Manager’ the monthly follow-up of the agents’ business plan.

Job Requirements

  • 1 – 2 year(s) experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in multi-task environment with excellent individual results.
  • In any field
  • Ability to learn new things.
  • Fluent English language in writing and reading is a must.
  • Portuguese and French language are advantage.
  • Full knowledge of using Windows Microsoft application (word, excel, PowerPoint) and outlook emails.
