Job Description
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in native Android development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to web services is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Material Design guidelines is mandatory.
- Familiarity with basic and advanced source control management (Git) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with concepts of Gitflow is a plus.
- Experience in following a test-driven development practice is a plus.
- Developing in Kotlin is a plus.
- Experience in building a fully automated build, test, and release process is a plus.
