Project Based - Training Coordinator

Job Parameters:

• Our Client is a prestigious Private university in Qantara Sharq.
• This is a 5 month project with possibility for extension.
• Accommodation is provided near university campus.
• Transportation is provided

Job Description:

• Coordinate training project activities, resources, information, Clients, and Instructors.
• Set weekly & monthly action steps to achieve project objectives.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Manage resources, Instructors, students, and schedules.
• Ensure instructors have the proper resources inside classroom and outside to be able to carry out their assigned objectives.
• Handle student and instructor requests and complaints.
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and proactively deal with challenges as they arise ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Ensure standards and requirements are met.
