Telemarketing Agent (Telesales)

Main Duties:

• Getting customer interest on our service / product.
• Makes phone calls to get meeting with the potential customers
• Collect & document customer basic information.
• Maintaining hard work and positive attitude.
• Report the customer information in the correct system
• Giving clear information about our product / service to the customer.
• Identify & escalate priority issues.
• Follow-up with customers when necessary..
• Perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the contact center management.
• Meet the due dates in the tasks assigned to him by the contact center management
