Operating Several manufacturing facilities, in addition to a network of distribution centers serving more than 70,000 retail outlets across Egypt, we deliver high-quality products for our customer.

The group also exports to all the middle east countries and has a growing portfolio of well established brands

Job Description

The Commercial Sales Director is responsible for the overall sales strategy, channel management, staff development, and revenue generation for the group business. Plans and directs all activities to enhance competitive position. Gives work direction, resolves problems, and coordinates activities of department with related activities of other departments to assure efficiency and economy. Provides strategic leadership for

commercial activities while focusing on the long-term interests of the business.

Job Tasks

  • Develop sales strategies, plans and promotional programs for achieving sales targets in terms of volume and value for various product categories and across relevant trade channels
  • Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
  • Maintain contact with key markets by visiting and investigating the operations and local conditions
  • Evaluate and provide analysis for new products and market opportunities
  • Increasing the market share for various product categories and across relevant trade channels
  • Developing and maintaining a mutual relationship with trade partners
  • Developing and implementing Route to Market policies across different trade channels
  • Analyses sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can improve performance
  • Collaborate with the marketing in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the human resources for the development of efficient sales team

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as commercial director or other relevant role
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
