Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
- Booking and arranging travel, and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences if required
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Collating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Fluent English & proficient in Microsoft office program.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle stress and interact with others in a professional manner.
- Female Presentable (MUST)
- Handles Pressure Dynamic
