Job Description
- Observing the games constantly and keep the games under control,
- Creating new ideas about events, enhancing and applying them,
- Comparing CCUs at the time of events and reporting them (CCU changes in various events and updates, reporting which event increases the CCU and which event decreased it),
- Checking CCU via admin panel and comparing it to the other days,
- Checking Customer Support panel and answerin to the users everyday,
- Checking and reporting bad and suggestive words spoken by users,
- Checking status of game servers, being on guard against hackers and abusers,
- Getting in touch with users and creating events,
- Reporting daily CCUs and every update about the game,
- Preparing in-game instant notifications and publishing them,
- Co-operating with Community Dept. about user problems,
- Supporting QA team about game tests on the purpose of updating games if necessary,
- Conducting local and global market research if necessary, researching for events and updates of similar games in the market,
- Being creative about events and games,
- Sharing information and updates with users,
- Getting informed about all the channels of the game,
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school/college student,
- There should be additional language as prefered: German or French or Spanish
- Very good knowledge of the game,
- Very good oral and written communication in Arabic,
- Basic knowledge of MS Office,
- Prefably knowledge of English+German or English+French,
- Flexible with working hours,
- Spesifications: Oral and written communication skills, problem solving, customer focus, confidentiality, attention.
