Job Description
- Responsible for installation/configuration, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
- Maintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks.
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- Provide support per request from internal staff.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
- Coordinate and communicate with impacted staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 - 10 years’ with In-depth in IT support and technical problem solving
- Good knowledge in MS and networking with track record of MS certification, Cisco and Security ( is an add )
- Good command in English
