Job Description
- Achieve installation goals particular to location.
- Provide general supervision of Field engineers assisting departmental objectives.
- Supervise hiring, recruiting and training needs for installation staff.
- Review performance and respond to escalated and resolving problems.
- Comply with management communications and reporting as requested.
- Responsible for follow up of resolving customer satisfaction and ensure conformance to client specifications plus company requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years with In-depth technical engineering knowledge with extensive experience in operations, and site management.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Capable of leading teams and managing conflicts and deliver under pressure.
- Strong track record of successfully completed projects of all types and sizes i.e. Power plants, infrastructure and industrial nature.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing.
- Capable of managing cross functional teams and multiple projects.
- Capable of reading drawings and schematics, expert in AutoCAD is a plus.
