Job Description
- Manages employee vacation balances, sick leaves, maternity leaves, or unpaid leaves in accordance to the labor law.
- Prepares timekeeping analysis reports based on the time sheets produced by the finger-print machine.
- Prepares the monthly payroll according to the approved policy including taxation and social insurance deductions.
- Coordinates with the Accounting Dept. to finalize approvals and payment of salaries either cash or bank transfer.
- Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure accurate database.
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
- Follow up on the annual contract renewals.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Renew of medical exemption & pay to Health insurance authority.
- Handle employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6
