Job Description
Mendel, An AI startup based in Silicon Valley is hiring Talent Acquisition specialist to help us grow our office in Egypt to 50 people.
Job Description:
- Source and attract candidates through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc.
- Gain experience in market/industry mapping.
- Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and offer acceptance/declines.
- Improve the candidate, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters experience. Follow-up with clients to confirm that staffing plans and candidate needs are met.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing, or managing a function of similar scope.
- Experience in managing a team and/or client groups.
- Experience with recruitment of software developers is a huge plus.
