Job Description
- Performing Sales through outbound phone calls and emails approaching clients in U.S.A
- Identify large opportunities and develop the actions necessary to win business
- Work with Sales Management, to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, close sales, motivate the team and spur growth.
- Educate prospects on our solutions and communicate the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of working with Future Group.
- Prepare quotes for customers and follow up to convert quotes into projects.
- Evaluate and process RFPs as necessary.
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of internal protocol and procedures.
- Effectively communicate project specifications to Project Account Managers
- Provide customer support; manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Managers.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts in ERP system.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in outbound sales (Preferably for a USA account).
- Excellent - Fluent English language is a MUST.
- Excellent negotiation & selling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated & willing to learn and grow in the sales career path.
- Ability to work under stress to meet or exceed goals.
- Having a translation & localization background is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills.
