Job Description

  • Receives and answers all inquiries from students or parents.
  • Maintains communication via telephone, correspondences and e-mail with students or parents through the stages of admission process.
  • Highlight the CIC advantages and delivers the main marketing message to inquiries.
  • Helping parents & new students in filing in the application form and any other required forms.
  • Entering all students collected contact information into CIC’s system to follow up with them in case if they did not submit the application by the deadline of admission.
  • Receiving the official documents required of new students for admission.
  • Issuing acknowledgment letter of received and missing papers.
  • Informing applicants about placement exams required, dates and place of exam.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent English
  • Very good Computer Skills
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good Communication skills & ability to work with wide range in a diverse community.
  • Problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work long hours & be innovative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
  • Knowledge & understanding of student admissions and transfer policies, processes, and regulations, as related to CIC.
