Job Description
- Dealing with outbound suppliers, hotels, transportation and tours booking.
- Fixing ready & tailor made travel packages.
- Contracting outbound suppliers.
- Fixing monthly reports.
- Manage and leads a team of employees.
- Motivates team members and assesses performance.
- Customer service quality, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Product knowledge and tourism industry experience.
Job Requirements
- Graduates with degrees in leisure, travel, tourism, management, marketing, IT, business, languages or hotel and catering management may have an advantage. Relevant professional or vocational qualifications, such as NVQs and HNDs, may also be beneficial. Pre-entry experience gained working with the general public or within the hotel, tourism or travel trades (particularly overseas) are advantageous.
