Job Description
- Be responsible for on-site installation，debugging and troubleshooting of PV inverter and PV system
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting of PV inverter and PV system.
- Initiate engineer service manual and standard technical documents and train service agents & end clients in terms of installation & maintenance.
- Provide feedback on on-site information and customers’ suggestions to the company.
- Record & Fill of service records.
- Spare parts management.
- Support sales staff to develop local market.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field.
- Troubleshooting skills and experience on site.
- Good knowledge of PV inverter and PV system.
- Familiar with PV system products and basic theory.
- 3 years or above working experience in the service area for inverter or UPS or a related field.
- Willing to travel frequently both domestically and internationally.
- The ability to communicate in both oral and written English is essential
