Job Description
- Oversee the implementation of all HR Processes’ and provide support to ensure it is properly implemented.
- Knowledge and experience in managing a broad range of HR issues including performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning and change management.
- Provide guidance to employees on all company benefit inquiries, including health insurance, discounts, and wellness programs
- Responsible for Recruiting, Interviewing and Onboarding
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
- Administer New Hire Orientation Program
- Deliver Benefits orientation, exit interviews, employee events, create presentations, spreadsheets, tracking, new hire announcements, compliance, manage PTOs, healthcare, employee relations and performance management
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Propose and manage the annual training budget.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Job Requirements
- Males only
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in all HR functions.
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
