Job Description

  • Oversee the implementation of all HR Processes’ and provide support to ensure it is properly implemented.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing a broad range of HR issues including performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning and change management.
  • Provide guidance to employees on all company benefit inquiries, including health insurance, discounts, and wellness programs
  • Responsible for Recruiting, Interviewing and Onboarding
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
  • Administer New Hire Orientation Program
  • Deliver Benefits orientation, exit interviews, employee events, create presentations, spreadsheets, tracking, new hire announcements, compliance, manage PTOs, healthcare, employee relations and performance management
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Propose and manage the annual training budget.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in all HR functions.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
