Job Description

  • Managing and motivating the Business development team.
  • Ensuring the achievement of a high standard of client-centric selling approach.
  • Overseeing the development of less experienced members of the business development team.
  • Developing pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Maximizing profit through effective use of business KPI’s.
  • Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
  • Devising unique strategies and techniques to achieve the sales targets.
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
  • Reaching out to new prospects, making presentations and pitches outlining the benefits of solutions and services.
  • Understanding the prospect requirements and then customizing the product/service as per the needs.
  • Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.
  • Ensuring proper servicing and after-sale support to top clients.

Job Requirements

  • Analytical thinker with advanced skills in data analysis.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without using formal authority.
  • High level of problem solving skills.
  • Result and customer service oriented.
  • Consistent approach to all tasks.
  • Has strong technical background in technology in ICT field
  • Has experience in BPO, Call center and IT fields (ICT)
  • Strong experience in sales process and establishing sales team.
  • Ability to work within a daynamic & young environment.
  • Previous success in delivering sales growth in a contracting environment.

  • Ability to build relationships with key customers, sales agents, and joint venture partners.
  • Recognizing variable business opportunities.
  • Has vision, hard worker, confident negotiator, sympathetic to a customer’s needs whilst at the same time able to support the business goals of a company.
