- Managing and motivating the Business development team.
- Ensuring the achievement of a high standard of client-centric selling approach.
- Overseeing the development of less experienced members of the business development team.
- Developing pricing and marketing strategies.
- Maximizing profit through effective use of business KPI’s.
- Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.

- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
- Reaching out to new prospects, making presentations and pitches outlining the benefits of solutions and services.
- Understanding the prospect requirements and then customizing the product/service as per the needs.
- Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.
- Ensuring proper servicing and after-sale support to top clients.
