Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Basis

WH operations (storing, batching, dispatching, receiving)
SOPs implementation/managing in collaboration with Production, Accounting & Finance and Sales Departments
Warehouses setup and integration with WMS
Building up a qualified team for current operations
Managing the establishment of PAFT new facility WH
Leading all logistics operations either local, import or export
Achieve the goals set for each segment
Share in budget planning in assigned operations
Contribute in local purchasing operations and issue POs Reports:
Daily stock report
Weekly stock count
Dispatch report
RM, PM, FP shipping / receiving reports Others … TBD
SOPs, KPIs and Objectives:
Will be co-developed

5+ Years in a similar position
Bachelor's degree
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Numeracy and an understanding of finance
Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse
People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas
Planning and organizing skills
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team of people
Analytical ability
Initiative and decisiveness
Enthusiasm
Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
