Job Description
- Meet with key business users & stakeholders to understand system business, financial, and operations requirements to identify systems issues to ensure a proper business analysis process.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems to improve the systems business process capabilities.
- Recommend and develop software business solutions to meet ongoing and future systems business process requirements to ensure integration between different modules.
- Prepare & complete business analysis documentation to document requirements, specifications, and systems business processes accurately.
- Submits business analysis documentation to key business user & stakeholders for approval and transmits approved documents to technical team leaders to start designing technical process.
- Create Sign off document & seek signature authorization from key business users & stakeholders after the complete of the project to ensure a clear communication of the projects deliverables.
- Collect and maintain files of the latest documentation necessary to be recalled easily in the future when needed.
- Meet with technical team leaders after approval to verify & explain business analysis documents requirements.
- Participate in the review of functional & technical documents with technical team to recommend & check if the business analysis documents are matching to ensure requirements has been met.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong working knowledge of Flowcharts diagrams.
- Basic familiarity with IIBA standards.
