Job Description

  • To provide sales support to the assigned group of Sales Executives and Key Account Managers,ensuring that all of their assigned customers are provided with the highest level of support.
  • Managing accounts and as agreed number of assigned “Telesales” customers.
  • Process quotation requests from assigned Sales and Customers, and maintains log.
  • Collaborate with pricing desk for quotation preparation as per client requirement; correspond with various Agility offices for rates and shipments updates.
  • Receive and respond to all incoming inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Pro-actively identify additional opportunities from customers and sell in additional services and value added services where appropriate i.e. Overland, ShipA etc.
  • Update one view (CRM tool) on a regular basis; maintain CRM data quality standards
  • Liaise with Operations and other departments as needed to meet high levels of customer expectations
  • Act as main point of contact/back up to Customers when assigned Sales (account owners) are out of office.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must
  • 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding Field.
  • Proven Sales record with strong customer focus
  • Strong affinity with e-commerce, electronic media, and customer facing information value products in general
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong customer focus
  • Confident and skillful communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good analytic and problem solving skills
