Job Description
- Timeline and resource optimization and scenario planning which is used for goal setting.
- Recognizes trends and raises issues and/ or potential changes that may impact the project as part of risk management of the project.
- Interfaces with functional planners to manage resourcing and detailed functional planning to ensure agreed resources are applied according to plan
- Displays a good understanding of the overall project budget, cost breakdown needed and supports annual and monthly reviews.
- facilities goal setting process for the year's performance indicators by identifying critical milestones.
- prepares agenda for monthly meetings if requested
- update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
- create formal communications plan to both team members and management.
- ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget.

Job Requirements
- BSC in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience as a planner
- Previous experience in a substation or plant power ((IS REQUIRED))
- Critical thinking, able to solve problems on his own using creative thinking and thoughtful
- Dependable and responsible
- Flexible and able to perform more than one task at the same time
- Motivated and tend to put the most effort into his work
